Capacity Building Assistance Network (CPN) Project Director, Kelly Reinhardt, is a senior staff member at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Nursing and Health Studies and a Principal Investigator on the CDC-funded PS19-1904 Capacity Building Assistance Network Cooperative Agreement. She has provided strategic communications and marketing expertise on federal grants and contracts for more than 25 years. For more than seven years, Ms. Reinhardt has led the marketing and outreach for a CDC-funded network of HIV prevention training providers and has also managed multiple projects under the SAMHSA-funded Addiction Technology Transfer Center Network Coordinating Office with a focus on Hepatitis C and addressing the syndemic of HIV/Hepatitis/STI/SUD.
